One Flesh Ministries, Inc. (OFM) was officially incorporated as a 501c3 non-profit
organization on February 13, 2003. OFM host gatherings and events for married
couples to fellowship, encourage and hold one another accountable, through creative
and informative venues. Our desire is to see marriages thrive based on the Biblical
Principles that God gave us and not just survive. Our goal is to obtain the fullness of
what God intended when He created a man and a woman and joined the two and

About the Founders, Robert and Natalie Watts
They married in 1998 and were blessed with a beautiful daughter seven years into marriage. Over the years of their
marriage they have worked in various aspects of ministry; such as, the Performing Arts, Ladies and Men’s Ministry, and
church leadership.
Robert was ordained in 2002. In his educational pursuits through residential college and non-traditional higher education he
obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Radio Broadcasting, Masters in Biblical Studies, and
a Doctorate in Ministry. In addition, he has obtained a Certificate in Christian Marriage Counseling and was awarded a
Doctorate in Christian Life Counseling.
Natalie, in her educational pursuits has obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Art & Design with a minor in Theater, Certified as a
C.L.A.S.S. Communicator (Christian Leaders, Authors, & Speakers Seminars) and a Personality Trainer; and to her credit
was awarded a Doctorate in Christian Education. After her 7 year career in the Design industry, she founded Younique
Design, specializing in custom designs with a purpose. She also has a strong desire to help people understand their purpose
and uniqueness; therefore, expanded her business and started MUDWorks, (My Unique Design Works), which provides
work shop services to help people become effective in any relationship by understanding themselves and others. Natalie
has published a children's book: The Creative Crayon Color Party.
Robert & Natalie have also released their new book for married and engaged couples: 11:11 What Time Is It?
Robert & Natalie are Certified as Marriage Mentors through U.C.A.N., and are members of
Family Christian Center (FCC), where the Senior Pastors are, Dr. Steve and Melodye Munsey. They serve as FCC's
Directors of the Marriage Ministry and were ordained as Elders In 2008.
